Event Guidelines
- Dress in comfortable clothes that can get messy!
- Aprons are available for purchase at all classes and in our online store. We encourage you to buy one or bring your own. It's always more fun to cook in an apron!
- All classes, birthday parties and special events are held at P*ong Restaurant (150 West 10th Street, NY, NY 10014, www.p-ong.com) unless otherwise noted.
- While we will work with you as best we can to accommodate any dietary restrictions or limitations, our facilities are not nut or nut-oil free, nor can we guarantee that any food products are nut, nut-oil, wheat or dairy free.

Registration Guidelines
Classes & Workshops
- Early registration is strongly encourages as classes fill up quickly.
- You may register for an event online or by phone at 646-789-5554.
- Payment must accompany class registration. Class size is limited. Payment may be made by cash, personal check, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
- You may cancel your registration up until 7 days prior to a the class for a full refund or a credit towards a future class.
- If you cancel less than 7 days prior to a class, you will not be given a refund. You are encouraged to send a friend in your place, if you are unable to attend.
- Registration details and a signed waiver must be completed by the start of the event.
- Please be considerate to the other students in the class. Do not send your child to class if they are sick.
- Cupcake Kids! reserves the right to cancel or modify any class due to insufficient enrollment or instructor illness. Families will be contacted and either a full refund or a credit towards another class will be issued.
- When a class becomes full, your name will be added to a waiting list. If an opening becomes available, you will be contacted. Please be sure that we have your phone number and email address so that we will be able to reach you. Payment will be required to secure your space in the class,

Birthday Parties & Special Events
- Early books is strongly encouraged as dates fill up quickly. However, we are always willing to work with you on short notice to make your event a huge success.
- To book a party or special event, contact us by phone at 646-789-5554.
- Full payment is due to reserve the date and time for your event. Payment may be made by cash, personal check, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
- You may cancel your event for a 75% refund up until 2 weeks prior to the event. Should you need to reschedule your event, pending availability, we will work with you as best as we can to make that possible.
- Registration details and a signed waiver must be completed by the start of the event.
- Cupcake Kids! reserves the right to cancel or modify event details. Any cancellations by Cupcake Kids! will be made by phone with a complete refund.

Discounts
- Cupcake Kids! Club members receive 10% off all classes and birthday parties.
- Younger siblings receive 15% off the class price when siblings take a class together.
Liability & Disclaimer Notice
We want to ensure that everyone who participates in a Cupcake Kids! (CK) event has a
safe and enjoyable experience, so please review the following information
- Release of Liability: Participation in a CK class or event may involve student use of cooking equipment and tools in a busy kitchen environment. It is is understood and expressly agreed to by the Parent (or Student) that by making a payment for (including the redemption of a gift certificate or volunteering) and/or by participating in the class, the Parent / Student assumes these risks and releases, indemnifies and holds harmless CK, P*ong, their owners, agents, employees, contractors and sponsors, from any claim, cause of action or liability of any kind for any damages, injuries, illness and/or other health issues incurred in connection with the students attendance at a CK class or event and understands and accepts the risks inherent in the preparation, cooking and eating of food with other people in the kitchen.
- Photographs: My child may be photographed while participating in a CK event. These photographs are the property of CK and no compensation will be given to me or my child if these photographs are used for promotional purposes.
